We updated our Bill Pay solution as of September 23rd, 2024!
Picture Pay
Easy as 123! Take a photo of the bill, enter the payment amount, and process the payment. There is no manual entry necessary.
A2A
The Account-To-Account feature will allow you to transfer money from your First State Bank account to another institution as well as move money from another institution to your First State Bank account without having to step foot in the Bank.
P2P
Person-To-Person transfers allow you to pay others in real-time without having to know their account numbers. A mobile number or email is all you need to send a payment. They will then receive a text or email to input their information and collect the funds immediately.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: WILL I NEED TO RE-ENROLL FOR BILLPAY ON THE NEW PLATFORM?
A: No. On September 23rd you will be able to access your BillPay profile through online banking just as usual. There will be a new agreement to acknowledge, but aside from that, you will not need to do a thing. The page you're taken to will look a little different and have some new bells and whistles, but all your payees you have previously set up, other than your P2P payees, will be there just like before.
Q: WILL I NEED TO SET UP MY PAYEES AGAIN?
A: The only payees that will need attention are Person-To-Person payments (P2P). All other payments will be made as scheduled. We are in the process of reaching out to those customers with scheduled P2P payments and will help work through that change.
Q: IF I DON'T CURRENTLY USE BILLPAY, HOW DO I ENROLL?
A: Enrolling will be easier than ever. Just log into your online banking account and click the BillPay link, then follow the directions to set up your BillPay profile.
Q: WILL MY EBILLS TRANSFER TO THE NEW PLATFORM?
A: Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we are not able to convert the eBills set up in the current platform to the new platform. Customers who have eBills set up will be contacted by us to help with the transition.
